Louie is our adopted Basset Hound. He's one of those dogs that makes you smile just by the wag of his tail. He's completely out of control when it comes to his love for electronics and mainly my shoes. We can kiss goodbye our video ipod, every remote we've owned, cell phones, markers, batteries, lip glosses, about 50 rolls of paper towels and toilet paper, a few pairs of shoes worth more than his life...but I can't help but come back to that face, those ears, those stumpy legs, his love of bandannas tied around his neck.
So I decided to take him to the dog park to visit a few other dogs. There's so much "hound" in him, so for the first 1/2 hour he just roamed smelling the cedar chip ground, barely said hi to another dog. But then he gets into playing with the others and it's just pure smiles.
