Thanksgiving portrait session

I shot a family portrait over the Thanksgiving weekend. There was a gaggle of wee-ones and I couldn't have spent the day doing anything else! Thanks for braving the cold and wind!

Treasure City

We traveled to see family over the Thanksgiving weekend. Along the way I stopped to take a few shots with my old Minolta, I loaded it with some film and took a few shots. It's great shooting with film again!

Harper turned 1

Harper is a lovely wee one, whom I've had the privilege of photographing before, her 6 month portraits. Her facial expressions at 1 year are so sweet. She tried so hard to talk, which amounted to grunts, yells and quirky sounds. Such a sweet little girl, thank you Harper for being my wee-one muse! And yes, that is Ravioli in her hair. Alicia & Mike

Alicia and Mike were married on November 10th. From beginning to end, everything was terrific. Alicia wore an all lace gown with a grey sash, which matched her flower girls' dresses. It was a cold day, but we stopped at Rice Park in St. Paul for a few fun shots. I always look forward to my wedding shoots, at the end of the night when the dance comes, everyone is at full wedding mode. Laughter, Joy, Smiles, Love...it all comes out. Wedding dances are always so much fun to shoot, the light, the energy, the smiles...it's a great mix for great photographs. Thanks Alicia and Mike for letting me photograph your special day. Portrait Party.

On Sunday I had a portrait party with 3 wee ones. Nothing beats 3 toddlers on a sunny Sunday to make you smile. Enjoy!

I'm Back!

I'm back from getting married! What a wonderful, awesome time it was. Everything was perfect! It's great being back though, so much to do.
